Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before booking your tourism program. By submitting an application or payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth below.
1. Application and Acceptance
1.1 Applicants must be above 18 years of age to participate in the Full House tourism program. Applicants below 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
1.2 Applicants must clearly indicate any mobility impairment, disability, medical conditions, illness or undergoing/undergone treatment for any physical, psychological or medical condition(s).
1.3 Full House will not be held liable for any unindicated condition(s) that will affect the participation of the applicant in the tourism program.
1.4 Applicants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate.
1.5 Applicant must inform Full House If applicant personal and contact details should change after application submission. Applicants must inform Full House personnel immediately in writing of the change, or within a week prior to commencement of the tourism program.
1.6 Full House is not liable for any incorrect personal details entered by the applicant during the application process.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 All tourism program packages contain a customized list of services included and excluded in the package price. Applicants due payment of the deposit or the total tourism program amount means that they acknowledge all inclusions/exclusions.
2.2 All tourism program packages will not include visa costs, personal spending and travel insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to arrange and bear all these costs.
2.3 Applicants must comply with Full House payment conditions as specified in the application process. If payment is not completed by the specified due dates, the applicant will be disqualified from the tourism program, and the cancellation policies outlined in Section 3 will apply as per the stated terms.
2.4 Full House may opt to, but is not obligated to advise on visa and travel requirements to the extent it can, however the applicant is responsible to check related travel information (including but not limited to vaccinations, visa, airlines, etc.) with the Embassies of each participant prior to registering an application.
2.5 Full House is not responsible for visa refusals, travel delays, or associated costs
3. Amendments and Cancellation policies
3.1 Applicants must notify Full House of cancellation in writing via email. Cancellation is deemed effective upon Full House’s receipt and confirmation of the cancellation notice.
3.2 Applicants who cancel their participation in the tourism program packages will be subject to the following charges:
● For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the commencement of the tourism program,
the applicant will be refunded for 60% of the total tourism program package price.
●For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the tourism program,
the applicant will be refunded for 20% of the total tourism program package price.
● For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the tourism program,
no amount will be refunded.
3.3 Due to unavoidable circumstances or force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, or acts of terrorism, Full House may be forced to cancel or adjust travel dates of a tourism program. All applicants will be advised on any changes to the tourism program as soon as possible. All refunds and reimbursements related to the changes made will be distributed equally to all affected applicants.
3.5 Applicant’s termination to continue participating in the tourism program during the trip must be reported to Full House leadership in formal writing. Note that no reimbursement will be made for such cancellation.
4. Privacy policies
4.1 Applicant’s acceptance to enter their personal and contact data during application provides Full House with the consent to utilize this information to engage the applicant with further communication, either via email, messages or phone call.
4.2 Full House takes precautionary measures to ensure all applicants information such as personal and contact details are secured in a security protected database, with limited access to Full House personnel.
4.3 Applicants may communicate to Full House in writing if they wish not to receive any digital marketing materials sent to their contact information provided.
4.4 Full House has the right to monitor and record any transactions and/or activities (of any form of communication) carried out between its personnel and applicants. All derivative material is at the sole discretion of Full House.
5. Visa, Passport, and Travel Documentation
5.1 Upon registration to the Full House tourism program, applicants are obliged to provide Full House with critical travel related information. This includes, but not be limited to, full name – as shown in the passport, gender, date of birth and passport number.
5.2 Applicants must ensure their passport is valid at least 6 months from the date of departure.
5.3 Full House personnel are only eligible to advise applicants on visa and travel requirements.
5.4 Applicants are fully responsible for ensuring that they possess the correct travel documentation (visa and passports) or any other necessary documents that will allow applicants to gain access to the host country of the tourism program.
5.4.1 Full House will not be responsible for damages incurred by applicants as a result of inappropriate travel data. Neither will Full House be responsible for host country entry refusal.
5.5 Applicants must comply with all local legislation and regulations of the host country. Applicant shall pay Full House for any loss or expense that Full House may incur as a result of a breach of this clause.
6. Accommodations and Food
6.1 Full House will provide the applicants with suitable accommodation for the tourism program itinerary.
6.2 Applicants may also make arrangements for their own accommodation, which comes at an additional cost after paying the full tourism program amount.
6.2.1 Applicants must be aware that Full House will not be responsible for any inconvenience or contract breach by accommodation providers not recommended by Full House.
6.3 Applicants must acknowledge that the paid accommodation is designated only for them. Inviting additional guests (outside the tourism program) to stay at your accommodation is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Applicant is responsible for the cost of any damage(s) caused to their accommodation or the contents of their accommodation during their stay. These charges must be met by the applicant and must be paid immediately.
6.5 Applicants are responsible for acquiring their own meals, snacks and refreshments.
6.6 The applicant understands and agrees that during the tourism program, accommodation arrangements shall be on a shared basis and room-mates shall be allocated or re-allocated at Full House sole discretion and applicant shall have no claims in this respect.
6.7 Full House may provide a single room option upon availability for each tourism program package at an additional cost.
7. Tourism program Hours and Flexibility
7.1 Applicants must strictly abide by the tourism program schedule. Any deviation to the tourism program by the applicant must be communicated beforehand to the Full House leadership team on ground at least twenty four (24) hours in advance.
7.2 Any deviation to the tourism program by Full House will be communicated to all applicants with immediate effect. Full House changes to the tourism program are within Full House discretion; and only in the case of financial inconvenience has been incurred,Full House will reimburse applicants accordingly.
7.3 Full House will not be responsible for any applicant not partaking in the scheduled tourism program.
8. Authority, and Behaviour
8.1 Applicants must respect and follow the guidance of all Full House leadership and ground operations teams within the tourism program.
8.2 Applicant’s breach of law or regulations within the host country or establishment will result in termination of their contract and disqualification of participants from the tourism program, with no liability or refund from Full House.
8.3 Applicants must acknowledge that any form of disruptive behavior—including but not limited to threats, verbal or physical abuse, property damage, causing distress or annoyance to fellow travelers or Full House staff, disturbing or causing delays to the tour schedule, or failing to follow the guidance and instructions of the Full House management team— will result in immediate disqualification from the tourism program, with no liability or refund from Full House.
8.4 The possession, consumption, or use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited throughout the tourism program. Any violation of this rule will result in the applicant’s immediate disqualification and removal from the program, with no liability or refund from Full House.
9. Responsibility, Liability and Other Matters
9.1 Applicants must acknowledge that information shared by Full House application would be accessible to the Full House team and its partners only, but would never be rented, sold, given or traded to other companies.
9.2 Dates, schedules, tourism program details and cost are given in good faith, based on information available and in force at the time they are given; and are subject to change.
9.3 All services and accommodation are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided. Full House reserves the right to make changes in the agreed itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the applicant.
10. Photographs and Media Coverage
10.1 Applicants must acknowledge that any image or video taken on any of Full House tourism programs may be used without charge in all media for promotional or marketing purposes, including without limitation promotional materials of any kind, such as brochures, slides, video shows and the internet.
10.2 Applicants who wish not to be present in any photograph(s) and media coverage, must inform the Full House team effectively.
10.3 If applicant chooses to supply Full House with any photographs, they hereby confirm that: They irrevocably grant permission to Full House to use such photographs for any of their commercial or non- commercial purposes in any and all media, including, without limitation, in Full House printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, in the advertising of Full House goods or services or on Full House website and social media.
11. Standards and limitations
11.1 Full House responsibility for the applicant joining the tourism program commences once the applicant physically joins the tourism program location.
12. Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures
12.1 Full House personnel will be flexible, helpful and friendly - and provide assistance wherever required.
12.2 During the tourism program, all participants must show a high level of independence and initiative in dealing with problems as they arise.
12.3 Any problems or complaints must be reported to the Full House program manager first hand. If participants still feel dissatisfied during the tourism program, they must notify Full House leadership team and the relevant supplier of the service in writing by email.
12.4 Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve any disciplinary matter. However, Full House reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of behavior which would reasonably be expected to give offense to host, program managers, other travelers and the tour program.
12.5 Full House shall not be responsible for any applicant leaving the tourism program earlier than completion of the tourism program, or for arriving at the tourism program destination earlier/later than announced tourism program dates and such risk and cost is at the applicant’s sole cost and risk. Full House would have no further responsibility for the applicant’s accommodation or travel arrangements.
12.6 If an applicant wishes to stay in the country of the tourism program beyond the scheduled tourism program, Full House has no further responsibility for the applicant in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to the applicant’s actions, food, accommodation, insurance or travel arrangements and the applicant agrees that the participants shall immediately vacate the accommodation provided in the tourism program and in case of failure or refusal to do so, the applicant irrevocably agrees to pay the associated costs incurred by Full House upon demand.
